So What are the BUMPS classes?
Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you should stop exercising!
All the exercises are specifically designed for prenatal women and help towards burning off any unwanted jiggly bits, along with strengthening those muscles so you can cope with the demands of a growing newborn – and that car seat! Phew.
To get a full body workout we make use of all the equipment in the gym and our natural surroundings.
