After a great year getting BMT off the ground running and meeting so many of you lovely people I just wanted to take the time say a HUGE thankyou from the bottom of my heart and that I can’t wait for our 2019! 🥂🥳⁣

I’ve been working on some exciting new things I can’t wait to share with you all soon enough! 🙊 It really is incredible to think that this time last year BMT was simply a blog and I’m so proud of all of us to have created such a beautiful community of local mums! 👶🏼👩‍❤️‍👩⁣

If you haven’t yet heard of us I’m Lou and I run BMT. I’m a fully qualified personal trainer with pre and post natal specialism and a degree in Nutrition 🍏. ⁣
